Tat's intimidating: Chris Brown gets some scary new body art... just as he unleashes a remix dissing arch enemy Drake

Chris Brown has something to say and he's doing it with an intimidating new tattoo.
The multi-hyphenate star whose body was already filled with ink, just got the bold tattoo added to his neck.

Tattoo artist Peter Koskela tweeted pictures of the 23-year-old star getting inked on Friday night at Black Banditz on L.A.'s trendy Melrose Avenue.
